Daphne Jade MICRO CMTS

Jade-Micro is part of the Jade family, the Daphne (Euro)DOCSIS compliant CMTS.

Jade-Micro Cable modem Termination System (CMTS) is a high-performance, scalable, cost-effective solution for small and very small sizes of cable networks.

Its modular design allows cable operators to interoperate cost effectively with standard CATV and DOCSIS-compliant equipments. The Jade-Micro CMTS is designed to comply with the Data over Cable Service Interface Specification (DOCSIS) 1.0, 1.1 and PacketCable 1.0 standards. Interoperability with any DOCSIS compliant cable modem is assured.

It opens the door to dependable high-speed service such as high-speed Data including controlled Quality-of-Service (QoS), Cable Telephony (VoIP), and Streaming Video services between cable modem subscriber and the backbone data network.

Also, Jade-Micro is configured with 2 upstream channel per downstream and software license for 50 to 250 users by step of 50 users to fit the operator's capacity and plant quality needs.

Jade-Micro CMTS supports Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) for easy administration.

In addition, the system can be managed locally or remotely using :

• Telnet access
• Web access for a more easy interface.

Jade-Micro is a 1-U 19'' rackmount Euro-DOCSIS compliant CMTS in the Jade series of CMTSs. Jade-Micro has one downstream and 2 upstream channels. Jade-Micro has a mini-OSS integrated using a WEB access. MICRO price for MEGA performance.
