Daphne Jade TINY CMTS

The TINY line is mainly dedicated to hotel and buildings. Using their already installed cable TV architecture, they can easily offer internet thanks to the existing cable network.

Jade-Tiny is part of the Jade family, the Daphne (Euro)DOCSIS compliant CMTS. Associated with DUAL TOPAZ modem for the rooms, it is an ideal solution for hotels that refuse any additional administration.

Jade-Tiny is a full Cable Internet headend, a single 1U unit supplied with the 19" rack mount option.

Jade-Tiny is proposed with

• 1 downstream channel and 1 upstream channel
• An integrated up converter
• An integrated OSS (Operations Support System). This tools allow to configure an internet access up to 250 rooms/subscribers.

Jade-Tiny will allow you to provide the Internet in the rooms only from your internet access.

Jade-Tiny is designed to comply with the Data over Cable Service Interface Specification (DOCSIS) 1.0, 1.1 standards. Interoperability with any DOCSIS compliant cable modem is assured.

Jade-Tiny is designed on the base of JADE-S on site experience.

Jade-Tiny supports Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) for easy administration. It can also be managed and configured locally or remotely using telnet.

Jade-Tiny proposed a support module that has been customised for hotel application and allows the management of Internet access for rooms.
